ZTE Max Pro Factory Data Reset

ZTE Max Pro Hard Reset
Using the Hardware Keys

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, contacts, and Visual Voicemail. Make sure you have the logins for the Gmail that was previously on the device or you will not be able to regain access. I always remove the memory card and sim card before resetting, this is not required but highly suggested.

If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys.

  1. Turn the device off.
  2. Press and hold the Power and Volume up buttons.
  3. When the Android Recovery screen appears, release the buttons.
  4. Use the volume buttons to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset, then press the Power button.
  5. Use the volume buttons to scroll to Yes, then press the Power button.
  6. Use the volume buttons to scroll to Reboot system now, then press the Power button.
